Virtual Showing
By popular request we have created a Showing Show schedule. Entries will be open from the 5th February to the 22nd February. Entries are £6 per class or two classes for £10. Rosettes will be placed to sixth across all classes and posted to competitors.
We have also extended the entry period for the virtual clear round show jumping and mini endurance challenge, due to the weather conditions we understand competitors haven’t been able to ride. Please see the website for new dates.

Junior classes
Class 1 – Young handler (a short video to include walking up, trotting back and a turn)
Class 2 – Leading rein (a short video on both reins)
Class 3 – First ridden (short video on both reins to include a canter)

Virtual Clear Round Jumping
We are now accepting entries for our virtual clear round competition. The entry fee for clear round is £10 per class. Each combination (rider and horse/pony) can only enter each class once but you can enter as many height classes as you would like. Competitors will need to send us a video of them jumping a clear round at their yard. The course should have between 6 to 12 fences. Fences can be jumped both ways and more than once for competitors who do not have a full set of jumps at home. Entries will be open from Saturday 23rd January 2021 until the 22nd February 2021. All competitors who jump a clear round will be sent a clear round rosette. Each class will be judged overall on the rider’s style and horse’s way of going where 1st, 2nd and 3rd place rosettes will be given out alongside prize money. Prize money will be given out depending on the number of starters; 5+ starters 1st prize, 10+ starters 2nd prize, 15+ starters 3rd prize.

Prizes for all classes will be £10 for first, £5 for second and £5 for third.
Unaffiliated Mini Endurance Challenge
For those of you would like something different to dressage and show jumping we have the Unaffiliated Mini Endurance Challenge. The entry fee is £10 per combination (rider and horse/pony). All competitors who enter will receive a rosette for competing in the challenge. The competitors who ride the furthest within the competition timeframe will receive a placed rosette up to 6th place. Entries will be open from Saturday 23rd January 2021 until midnight on 22 February 2021. The competition will start on 30th January 2021 and finish at midnight on 22 February 2021. Prize money will be given out depending on the number of starters; 5+ starters 1st prize, 10+ starters 2nd prize, 15+ starters 3rd prize. When you have completed your challenge, you will need to send the screenshots of your rides showing the distance you have ridden to megan@cherwellcompetition.co.uk

We recommend using the Equilab free app to record your riding distances. All screenshots from any app which shows the distance of each ride will be accepted.
